Powerlifting Coaching
- Personalized weekly programming—written specifically for you. No templates! 
- Unlimited video review. 
- Daily coaching, with 1-4 minute video responses to training. 
- Meet day attempt plan and feedback on competition day. 
$99 per month
Nutrition Coaching
- Personalized macro distribution and meal-by-meal macro breakdown. 
- Portion size equivalents and sample meal plan based on intake. 
- Daily check-ins via TrueCoach with video feedback. 
- Weekly updates to nutrition plan, as needed.

Powerlifting and Nutrition Coaching
- Combined option for both powerlifting coaching and nutritional support. 
In-Person Pricing
