Personal Training

I offer a select few spaces for one-on-one training clients out of 22nd St. Barbell. If interested in one-on-one coaching, please reach out directly or schedule an in-person consultation.

Small Group Strength

Five days per week of personalized training in a small group setting: join Small Group Strength, offered Monday through Friday at 5-8AM (come in whenever you want, and stay as long as you want!), at 22nd St. Barbell.

Powerlifting Coaching

  • Personalized weekly programming—written specifically for you. No templates!

  • Unlimited video review.

  • Daily coaching, with 1-4 minute video responses to training.

  • Meet day attempt plan and feedback on competition day.

Nutrition Coaching

  • Personalized macro distribution and meal-by-meal macro breakdown.

  • Portion size equivalents and sample meal plan based on intake.

  • Daily check-ins via TrueCoach with video feedback.

  • Weekly updates to nutrition plan, as needed.

In-Person Pricing
